Here are some examples of the shots my group and I used in the movie opening:
This shot represents a mid-shot, and it shows the zookeeper (Ella's dad) the main focus of the shot to allow the audience to look at his body language and how it corresponds to his facials.
This is a point-of-view shot and it is filmed from the point of view from my camera. It's supposed to show the audience what the surroundings look like from how my character would see it. The audience is allowed to feel like they are actually in the movie. It captivates their attention.
This is a wide shot from a high angle. This allows the audience to see all the characters in the shot and their body language.
This is a low angle shot. It gives the audience a new prospective and allows for them to see different angles throughout.
