Podcast Reflection

 My production skills developed throughout this project because I learned how to record audio with a paired-up mic. Meadow and I made sure we were not too far away from the mic to make sure you could still hear us, but not too close that we were way too loud. Also, we made sure when filming we were not in a location with a lot of noise (although the school is super noisy). I also learned how fun it was to produce a podcast, and the fun that came with it.   I started from level zero because Meadow and I could not put our voice memo into audition and then eventually with the help of Mr. Z and a bunch of technical difficulties, we got it in. Then we could have started editing. Sound effects Every time a character says something funny or amusing in Full House, a laughing sound effect plays. This builds the comedic emotion in the sitcom. Sound Motiff Michael Myer’s It helps build the tension and lets you know that something scary is coming. Sound Bridge In F ull House, the transition of the sound of a door closing followed by footsteps fading up. It adds meaning by having a continuity between scenes letting the audience have a smooth transition.
